[Motorola] Saber 3 mystery switches and need some mnuals

Can anyone tell me what these mystery switches do?

I have a pair of Saber 3's (1 VHF and 1 UHF).

There's a half-moon shaped switch on the top next to the ON/OFF VOLUME control.
I have no idea what it does.  Is it programmable?

Also, there are 2 pushbutton switches just below the PTT switch and they're equally
mysterious to me.  Are they programmable?

I also need owner/operator manuals for these Saber 3 radios,  Anyone have any
they'll part with...or even sell for a reasonable price?
