Well, not exactly! You are going to have to do one
"heck" of a lot of shielding of both units, cut back
the output power of the transmitter to between 25% and
35% of the rated output power, filter the DC input to
both, and so on.
The Maxar is not the "best" unit to use as a repeater!
Also, the mobile duplexer doesn't have anywhere near
as much isolation between receive and transmit and the
full sized duplexers have. Thus, you can't run as
much power from the transmitter.
Also, you are going to need some sort of either CTCSS
control or else a COR (carrier operated relay) for
"standard squelch" operation. Then, there is the
automatic identification that you really need.
It can be done, but you are going to have a fairly low
powered repeater and you are going to have to do some
work.

for the transmit freq (462.700) and the other one for
the input freq (467.700), then retune the duplexer
accordingly that it should work as desired ?
