[Motorola] Motorola Module id

Can anyone tell me what a Motorola module marked L78B1B9043 MAL is for? I 
think that 9043 is date code and MAL is where it was made. The module is 
31/31 inch long, 15/32" high and 3/16" thick. The module is on a ceramic 
substrate with seven pins and is enclosed in a steel housing with the top 
spot welded in place. The housing part number is 12D02109N02 and the top 
part number is 15D05384D01. The module looks to be 900 MHzish. Three of the 
seven pins are ground. I can disassemble the steel case and get a number 
off of the back of the ceramic substrate if this would help in the 
identification if the module.
