[Motorola] Squeal or Howl in Reciever GM300, M120, M100 etc.

I have seen this happen when the radio is either not tuned properly, or if  
the frequency is at the upper or lower limits of the radio's capability  
(especially if the frequency is really out of the range.)  I have also seen  this be 
effected by temperature.
