[Motorola] Plug for programming

Many thanks for the info! I'll investigate Batlabs.I take it that that the 
Maxtrac and Radius are programmed through the mike jack? I just bought three, 
and gave the fellow the wrong "PL" code, so I'm in the process of going nuts, 
figuring out how to program the correct "PL". I do have the two different 
software, but no RIB for the Radius and Maxtrac, and have no experience in 
programming. I'm looking forward to the task!
