[Motorola] syntor programing

thanks for the help ill keep looking i would like to find a simple ( if 
there is one)
program to do different kinds of chips and or brands of radios.  ill read
all i can from bat labs. my programer can do numerus chips, i would like to
keep learning   THANKS       LUCKY
