[Motorola] T-1012A power supply question

Hello All,

I have a Motorola T-1012A bench supply that is not working correctly.  It
has a wide voltage swing for a relatively small load, about 10 volts at 5
Amps.  The only thing that I can find wrong is that one of the light bulbs
inside is burned out.  Can someone tell me what is the function of these
bulbs?  Does someone have a schematic that they could scan and email to me?
