[Motorola] Calif Highway Patrol MICORs

John,

I recently parted out a mobile MICOR that was on a CHP frequency, so I
assume that it fits the category of interest.  The only thing obvious was
that it was an "extender" version that simultaneously received a nearby
frequency to control the noise on the primary frequency.  But the extender
option was available to anyone, so I don't think it was "special" for the
CHP.  The other components in my radio were all standard MICOR items.
