The Mitrek doesn't make as good a repeater as a Micor, but it is pretty good.
There are instances where you cannot eliminate all of the internal desense.

I disagree.  The Micor or GE Mastr II mobile (when converted correctly) make
great repeaters.  All of the ones we build have ZERO internal desense, even at
full power.
