You probably should check with T-MARC on availability of coordinated
channel pairs for UHF repeaters in the DC area.  Last I heard
they were about out of them, but many are hardly used and might
become available again.  [Note to other list readers: this request
was also posted to the Scan-DC list, so I am assuming the poster
is in the DC area.]
