Since the relay works well on VHF and/or UHF (depending on the Moto
radio it's in) it will work fine on HF. Don't try "hot" switching,
though. Make sure you're not transmitting when you switch the relay.
That will fry it instantly. And make sure the radio the relay came
from is rated at 100 W.
