[Motorola] SPECTRA A5 Freq Modification?

I am looking for ways to get a Spectra A5, UHF 482-512 MHz to go lower in
frequency.
It looks like my RSS will allow it to go as only as low as 475.0000 MHz (tx
and rx), but would like it to go lower.
I don't mind losing a few watts or tenths of a uV in the process.
