[Motorola] How to charge my SABER Ni-MH from 13-14 VDC ?

Guys I use my MTS200 VHF radio for work and as a ham
radio. I need to know if there is a way for me to get
a copy of the manual that describes all of the
features in the programming software (RSS). I have had
my radio programmed the same way for 3 years or so. I
would like to change some things about the way it's
programmed. I have the 48 channel top display model.
ANy help would be appreciated.
