[Motorola] How to charge my SABER Ni-MH from 13-14 VDC ?

Save yourself the trouble and just get a inverter from Wallmart  for 39.99 and
use your regular charger.

If you  must go the other way .....you will need a variable voltage regulator.
It should be able to handle 5amps. I have seen them in a T-03 case.
