[Motorola] RSS on a 100 MHz 486?

....a guy from Motorola once told me that it has something to do with the
operating speed of the computer, more than with the DOS version. I know I
had to download a program called "Motoslo" at one time in order to make my
rocket fast Pentium 1 work with the darn program. I think I still have it on
the machine and hope I'll be able to send it to those in need.
