Dick and List,
If the PC is using Windows, you may have trouble getting (some) DOS-based
RSS to run under Windows.
In a P-III Compaq running Windows 98-SE, I set up an old DOS menu program
called "Mainmenu" and
put my DOS-based RSS in that. It also has Windows 98 in the menu. The
"DOS" in some
Windows versions may/may not work the same as booting directly to DOS.

Subject: [Motorola] RSS on a 100 MHz 486?
Has anyone had any luck running RSS (Spectra, Saber III, MT2000, MCX1000)
on a 100 MHz 486 PC?
If you had success, did you have to do anything special to the PC to get
the RSS to run?
Thanks and Happy New Year.
Dick
