[Motorola] restore mics to their OEM grey color

well, just doing some testing to see if i could make the MITREK mic i wired=
=20
up for my kenwood look a little better than the ugly yellow it had become=20
from age...

found that soaking it in bleach for about 3 days did the trick, without=20
removing the "Motorola" name printed under the wind guard.

one problem:  the metal in the back half corroded quite badly (canned it,=20
good thing i was just testign an old junk mic)....  is there a way to get=20
the metal plate off the back EASILY without destroying the mic?

testing is also underway on a speaker housing....
