[Motorola] Windows software for Motorola radios?

I'm using windows CPS RVN4184CR for the astro portables and it takes about 55 seconds using a 450 Mhz pentium to program a fully loaded trunking
codeplug into a XTS3000. For the windows CPS it is the opposite of the old dos software of years ago, you do need a fast PC.
