Many thanks for the info...I did some tracing and found the
power plug to have +12 on the number 2 (center) pin. It does
power the radio (with a ground on the chassis), but not sure
if it can transmit that way. Didn't get much further than that.

You're right about the model number: D70SJA1G00AK.

How about the microphone jack? Just like Motorola to use
something odd; looks a little like a DIN jack with 5 pins.

How are the DIP switches programmed? Is that in your book?

I got this thing to use on Army MARS...hope it works!
