[Mobile-Portable] Coax entry point into new RAM 1500 Quad cab?

Vehicles now all have "flow through" ventilation. On trucks it's typically
louvers on a panel at the bottom corners of the cab. They're hidden by the
bed and under the seats.

Sometimes you can snake a piece of RG-58 through. On one I had to drill a
hole through plastic.

On my Ford Ranger I ran the coax (rg-58) from the cab-mounted mag-mount down
between the the back of the cab and the truck bed. I then removed one of the
rubber floor plugs and pushed the cable up through it and under the floor
mat to the dash.
