[Mobile-Portable] Coax entry point into new RAM 1500 Quad cab?

On my Ford Ranger I ran the coax (rg-58) from the cab-mounted mag-mount
down between the the back of the cab and the truck bed. I then removed one
of the rubber floor plugs and pushed the cable up through it and under the
floor mat to the dash.
