[Mobile-Portable] Coax entry point into new RAM 1500 Quad cab?

One alternative is to use really thin coax across the door seal, like
what Diamond uses on their K400 series of VHF/UHF mounts. It's teflon
dielectric, RG316.
For HF, RG316 handles in excess of 500W, and your run is short enough
that there will be no real losses added. You can get a large variety of
connectorized lengths of RG316 on eBay (or Google for them).
That's what I use on my K3/KPA500 setup.
