I am fresh out of ideas, I have a Dodge Caravan and presently use a receiver
hitch mount

for my High Sierra antenna. This location seems OK but not to efficient and
on 40 meters

I cannot tune the antenna at all.  The SWR never drops to a reasonable
value. This antenna

has always served me well while mounted on my pickup. Also what is the
Diamond mount 

that has been mentioned in other emails.  Thanks all
