Hi Tommy,

I would be VERY leery of using a suction cup, or Velcro or any other 
non-secure method to mount the radio.  In the event of an accident it could 
become a VERY deadly missile flying around inside the cab.  Either you or 
your loved ones could pay a high price for cutting corners.  This from one 
who once mounted a CB to the cab ceiling of a Chevy C10 pick-um-up truck. 
When a lady turned left in front of me and I hit her, the only thing that 
restrained my head from hitting the radio was the seat belt locking up!  It 
changed my whole outlook on radio mounting. . .

THINK SAFETY first!
