[Mobile-Portable] QSL question

If you send out a QSL and don't want one in return, just mark TNX QSL, the 
guy on the other should assume that you don't want one. If he actually looks 
it up, and becomes confused because he never sent you one, then you might 
get a note back, but the convention seems to be
PSE QSL => please send me a card
TNX QSL => I don't need one
