[Mobile-Portable] QSL question

         I guess this is a good place to ask --

         My QSL cards all have the common PSE QSL/TNX QSL block, to 
check as I wish, but how do I mark it to simply send someone a QSL 
card if I don't actually need one in return?

         A couple of months ago, I sent someone a card and didn't 
mark either.  The guy sent a card back, and a note that I would get 
more QSL cards if I included an SASE!  So -- what do I do?  I have 
these nice cards printed up, and I want to send them out, but I don't 
necessarily need a card to prove I worked someone in, say, Texas, the 
state line of which is only 10 miles away!  <G>
