[Mobile-Portable] Ford fuel pump noise

My '96 F150 had the fuel pump problem.  Ford has a technical bulletin on how to solve the issue, but it involves dropping the fuel tank(s) and putting ferrite beads on the fuel pump leads.  Needless to say, I didn't have the where -with-all to tackle such a project.  The rig was usable on 10 through 17, on 20 the noise became a factor and 40 and 80 were virtually unusable.
