[Mobile-Portable] Radio Mounting in Ford F-250

This is a bit afield, but in my '99 F-150 supercab, there are vents on 
either side behind the rear back.  They are black plastic grilles about 
3"x6" with black rubber flaps on the outside.  I guess they're to give an 
escape route to cab air when slamming the doors shut.  But I use them to 
run many of my cables in and out of under the rear seat.
