[Mobile-Portable] Radio Mounting in Ford F-250

Does anyone know if there are any access holes
or plugs inside the cab of Ford F-250 trucks? 

There might be some hidden under the carpet,
I can't tell. Mine is a 2004 model.

I'm thinking about mounting an HF and a VHF/UHF
radio underneath the rear fold-up seats, and it would
be nice if there was an access point back there 
where I could route all the power cables and 
antenna leads.
