[Mobile-Portable] Mobile Antenna Grounding

Thanks Terry, I made such a "choke" today using some LMR 400 (for 
stiffness) and HF beads under heat shrink.  Looks good on my network 
analyzer.  I am curious though about radiation efficiency as the 
standing waves on the feedline aren't doing much good (hi).  Thanks
