[Mobile-Portable] Power for dual band in a 2003 Malibu

I just bought a 2003 Malibu, which comes with a 15 amp power receptacle (a
second cigarette lighter).  I plan on using this for my dualbander.  Has
anyone found a good way to run power to the trunk from the battery for my HF
rig?
