Interesting idea on the Battery Paul. It is a 3rd party battery and is
probably not the
highest quality either.
This line if thinking falls in with what one of the other fellows said
about his fix for a similar problem
when running an amp was to have a second battery installed. I cannot do
that in my Nissan Pathfinder but
I can certainly look at getting a much better quality battery.
The report I received from the shop that replaced the alternator (under
warranty including the towing)
was that the voltage regulator had gone bad.
The company that rebuild the alternator is local and they requested that I
bring in the
truck for them to check it out.
Take care,
