I did, and I came up with a way to make it easier to mount and hand
solder the 5 by 7 mm leadless SMT packaged parts.   DigiKey sells and
programs both Epson and Cardinal Components programmable oscillators in
SMD  packages which have TTL compatible outputs,  enable pins, and 50ppm
stability but the present tariff situation has impacted the cost of PC
boards from China-based suppliers so it may be a while before the boards
are available at an affordable cost.  My best suggestion for anyone
wishing to hand-solder one is to stick with the 5x7mm package and mount
it upside-down "dead bug" style with a bit of glue, then use fine wires
to make connection from the solder pads to something like the pads on a
DIP breakout board.
