[Milsurplus] BC348 prices

Surplus prices for the BC-312/342 and the BC-348 were all fairly high at 
one time.  I have an old Fair Radio catalog from the early 60s which 
lists the BC-312 at $80.  This was not cheep.  According to an online 
government CPI inflation calculator, that's an astonishing $766 in 2025 
monopoly money...
