[Milsurplus] Navy RBE diversity receiver info?

Does anyone have info about this HF diversity system?
The only catalog listing I find says CNA (National) 1949-40 obsolete.
Receiver (0.54-30 mc) was CNA-46142 which the Navy Type catalog says is
similar to RAO.
The NT catalog also lists these units for RBE
   CNA-50079 Diversity Combining Unit - combines output of three receivers
   CME-50090 Single Preselector (rack-mounted RME DB-20)
   CME-50091 Dual Preselector (two rack-mounted RME DB-20)
Fred Chesson lists a General Electric version
   CG-46142 (General Electric) receiver
   CG-49140 Loudspeaker
   CG-50079 Diversity Combining Unit (500 wpm CW)
   CG-50090 Single Preselector
   CG-50091 Double Preselector
