[Milsurplus] Questions about the T-784 / GRC-109

The device below the cord is a power output lamp, the brass tube on the 
side is a dessicant holder and the 4 screw holes are for the screwing 
down the lid with thumb type screws. This is on the earlier model 
whereas the later one uses latches.
