Here, here! It's especially appalling when I see adverts for wire antennas (irrespective of design) for $100 or more, which, once installed, will need to be adjusted anyway.

The only one that had some reciprocity was the 2nd Class Commercial Telegraph Operator and Amatuer Extra which both had a 20WPM test, but code credit was all that was accepted, the tech part, while similar, was not the same, mainly due to totally different regulations.   Probably a lot of modern hams have no clue what the older tests were like, but picking up any of the 1950/60 License Manuals, by the ARRL, Ameco, Allied would be an eye opener for most today, especially those who buy commercially made dipoles and  coax with the connectors installed.
