[Milsurplus] Opinions on comm receivers ?

Wasn't familiar with the Whippet so after a few YouTube videos, I have reached the conclusion that it is a dog that is much more neurotic than most cats!  This helps to explain to me the attitudes found in the "Notes on the R-441 / SRR-13", particularly with respect to the manual.   Jim
