[Milsurplus] Anybody now what this is?

Sorry the pic is blurry. I have two of these, this one is opened up as the
dial is missing, and was investigating what I needed to do to fix it, the
other is intact. It has this tiny little window to see what the dial is
at, and you need a flashlight to see it as it is not lit internally. It
has several multi pin Cannon jacks on it. It is made by the
Sparks-Withington company, and from its front panel and the electronics
inside, thinking a VLF receiver, perhaps a monitor receiver for an old CAA
directional beacon.
Does anybody have an intact and reasonably priced URR35 receiver they would
like to part with?
