[Milsurplus] URC-35 transceiver prototype changes

I have juat scanned an AN/URC-35 preliminary specification. Interesting is
the section on changes between the GFE prototype and the pre-production
versions...

I am presuming that the GFE unit was a Stromberg-Carlson prototype (SC-900A)
