[Milsurplus] RBB/RBC receivers...

I have the RBA, RBB, and RBC in the refurb grey paint scheme, along with 3
power supplies. I love those receivers!
I also have an RBB and RBC in black. It's my intent to get them running
then find good homes for the grey RBB and RBC.
