I just listed a radio manual on Ebay, the manual for the WWII Canadian Wireless Set. No. 58
When i was ready to let it post, Ebay had a notification page that this item was disallowed; they were worried that certain military equipment and information
would be exported to prohibited places. By my own personal choice, i had specified only for sale in USA, Canada, or U.K.
So i changed word  "manual" to "book" and it listed with no trouble. Maybe their algorithm needs some fine-tuning.
