[Milsurplus] ART 13 mount completed and a parts request

Very nice job, Charlie!  I don't blame you a bit for making mods to the 
sketches at https://aafradio.org/garajmahal/ART-13_mounts.html .  
Improvisation is what it's all about for us, 80 years later.

Coincidentally I was reorganizing some of my boxes-o-stuff last week, 
and ran across a pair of flat panel layouts I had forgotten that I had 
fabricated, using .063" 5052-H32 aluminum.  If anyone can use them, they 
can have them for $15 plus postage for 15oz. from 22942.
