[Milsurplus] Able Archer 83 announcement

Due to a number of last minute conflicts, other lame excuses like having to work that weekend and a plethora of other problems like my toe nails is coming off due to dropping a bowl on it last weekend I am regretting to announce that the field component of Able Archer 83 at camp X-Ray will be canceled. The on air event is still going on, and I will attempt to operate on the 7087 RATT Net and the 7296 USB Net Saturday morning but not be in the field. I will still be using the W3A call for those operations.
