[Milsurplus] Is KA5IXE QRV HR?

Just signed with KA5IXE in LA running TCS, on 40m with my TRC-77.

Turned the radio on just as he was signing with another station on one of
my crystal frequencies.

Cool to run into stations running mil gear outside of nets.
