[Milsurplus] Dynamotor inrush

  Also using a PP-1104, affectionately known a "Ampszilla", to spin a
DY-17 dynamotor for an ART-13. I originally ran it on a dedicated 30 amp
120 volt circuit and then restrapped for a 15 amp 240 circuit, it ran
much better.
