I don't know but the insulation helps in minimize stretch. My longest wire at antenna at home is an 80 meter dipole. When I constructed and installed it I measured the SWR and Impedance parameters with a VNA.  I measure parameters it after storms and every spring and it hasn't changed; I believe most of the stretch is in the initial installation.

My wires used for portable operation are not under much stress.

My first antenna was solid copperweld after the first winter it had oxidized and had rust marks. Never used phospher bronze but I stay with insulated wire.
