Thank you, Ray.  Good to hear from you.
I don't mind the "channelized" feature, because I
use such radios on a limited number of frequencies.
Generally 3880, 3885, 3890, 7160 AM and,
if SSB capable, 3916 and 7290.  I'd do 160
but no one seems to agree on a common calling freq.
I've been told 1885 but rarely ever hear anyone there.

Anyways- I'm hoping there's a fan of this radio
out there somewhere.
