Not the story you would want to hear but about five years ago was offered one along with the matching thousand watt amplifier. The amplifier was maybe four  or five times the size of the radio with a power supply about the same size as the amplifier. Don't recall if the radio was attached to the top or just sitting on it. No adjustments on the amplifier and going to assume that it had internal settings for tune and load for each channel. 
The deal was had to take the entire mess, radio, amplifier and power supply and it was all super heavy so with it being fixed channel it all ended up going to recycling.
Hard to love channelized radios where you have lots of tuned assemblies that don't lend themselves  to much spread even if you use an external synthesizer.
