[Milsurplus] Antenna wire

For the fixed wire antennas, aircraft such as the B17 used a heavy insulated wire with a hard drawn single conductor copper wire, covered in a plastic that is about 1/4 inch thick.  I have up 80 and 160 meter dipoles using it, and the 80 has been up almost 30 years.  I have replaced 3 runs of window line over that time, each rotting out, but the wire remains.  I know it was still available into the 1990's, but not sure if it still is now.  If I find my reel, it still has the nomenclature tag on it, the operative word, 'find' the reel, and I will send it along.
